In 2023, Yousuf chose the long route into aviation: study, procedure, flight discipline and the humility of being assessed again. At Fujairah Aviation Academy, he built the foundation step by step and completed his GCAA Private Pilot Licence in 2026. It was not another title to place beside sailing. It was evidence that an established leader can return to the beginning—and grow.
